2026 Artist-Remarked Limited Edition Georgetown Wooden Boat Show Poster

The 2026 Georgetown Wooden Boat Show poster is especially meaningful to us at Gray Man Gallery: this year’s featured artist is Vida Miller, the artist who founded Gray Man Gallery in 1980.

Vida’s artwork depicts the historic Fish House on the Georgetown waterfront, once operated by Capt. Rene Cathou, a prominent figure in Georgetown’s fishing and caviar trade. But these are not the standard 2026 Wooden Boat Show posters.

Vida created just ten special editions exclusively for Gray Man Gallery, individually embellishing each poster by hand with an original painted sturgeon inspired by the sturgeon carvings that still hang inside Cathou’s Fish House. No two are exactly alike. Each is individually signed and numbered by Vida, making every one of the ten a one-of-a-kind variation of the official 2026 poster.

Proceeds from the sale of each limited-edition poster are donated directly to the South Carolina Maritime Museum, supporting the preservation and celebration of the maritime history that inspired the Georgetown Wooden Boat Show.

The 2026 Georgetown Wooden Boat Show marks the 37th annual celebration, held October 17–18 along Georgetown’s historic waterfront.
