At Gray Man Gallery, we are committed to excellence and to the full satisfaction of our customers. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our gallery in Pawleys Island. When you shop with us, you’re supporting a local, independent art gallery—and your support truly means something to us. We do everything we can to ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly.
Please note that holidays and high-volume seasons may occasionally affect delivery timelines.
1. SHIPPING TIMELINE

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days in transit.

Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days in transit.

No Weekend/Holiday Shipping: We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

High Order Volume: During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly by email.

3. ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before your order ships.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may require additional postage before they can be reshipped.
4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
We’re happy to assist with tracking information if needed.
5. RETURNS
Gray Man Gallery does not accept returns for items purchased online, unless the items are damaged or flawed upon receipt and we are notified within seven (7) days of shipment.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns will not be accepted more than seven (7) days after the item has been shipped.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us by phone at 843-237-2578. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
