Refund policy
Online Purchases
Once an online order has been processed by our team (which may occur shortly after an order is placed), it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Gray Man Gallery does not accept returns for items purchased online, unless the item is damaged or flawed upon receipt and you notify us within seven (7) days of the ship date. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In all cases, returns will not be accepted more than seven (7) days after the item has been shipped.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return request, contact us at hello@graymangallery.com or 843-237-2578. Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected any approved return and confirm whether a refund has been accepted. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not yet received funds, please contact us at hello@graymangallery.com or 843-237-2578.
In-Store Purchases
All sales of original artwork purchased in-store are FINAL. However, Gray Man Gallery may allow a return for store credit equal to the purchase price if the item is:
a) returned in the same condition in which it was sold, and
b) returned within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
Sale items and gift cards purchased in-store are final sale and cannot be returned.
