Marsh Drift Bowl

Sale price$38.00

Marsh Drift Bowl is a handcrafted ceramic bowl by Pawleys Island artist Vida Miller, inspired by the ever-changing colors and textures of the South Carolina coast. Measuring approximately 7 x 5 x 1.5, each bowl is individually shaped, glazed, and fired, making every piece a truly one-of-a-kind work of functional art. No two bowls are ever exactly alike, with natural variations in form, glaze movement, and color that celebrate the beauty of handmade ceramics.

Layered celadon, seafoam, turquoise, and deep blue glazes flow across the surface like shifting marsh waters, while the softly scalloped rim echoes the organic edges of shells and tidal pools. Some bowls develop dramatic pools of rich cobalt, while others feature lighter washes of misty blue and pale green. These distinctive patterns emerge naturally during the firing process, ensuring each bowl has its own unique personality.

Perfect for holding jewelry, keys, candies, sea glass, or other treasured keepsakes, Marsh Drift Bowl brings a relaxed coastal elegance to an entryway, bedside table, coffee table, or kitchen counter. It is equally beautiful displayed on its own as a small piece of handcrafted art.

Created by hand in Pawleys Island and available at Gray Man Gallery, each Marsh Drift Bowl reflects Vida Miller's signature blend of coastal inspiration and thoughtful craftsmanship. Because every bowl is made entirely by hand, the piece you receive will be uniquely yours, with subtle differences in shape, glaze, texture, and color that make each one unlike any other.
