Foggy Pelicans is an original 16x16 mixed-media work from Laurie McIntosh’s Residuals series—art born from the cast-off textures, marks, and fragments of her linocut reduction process. Layered with soft neutrals, gestural linework, and the faint impression of a pelican emerging through haze, this piece feels both ethereal and richly tactile, capturing that dreamlike moment when landscape and memory blur.
