Lobstahs & Lemons

A little seafood, a little Southern nostalgia, and a whole lot of personality! Lobstahs & Lemons is a playful original acrylic painting by local artist Jenny Reynolds, featuring two bright red lobsters and sunny yellow lemons painted directly onto an authentic Piggly Wiggly grocery bag. The iconic red Piggly Wiggly mascot peeks out from between the colorful crustaceans, creating a wonderfully unexpected combination of coastal charm, vintage grocery store nostalgia, and Jenny's signature sense of humor.

Part of Jenny's imaginative Piggly Wiggly series, this original artwork transforms an ordinary brown paper grocery bag into a lively celebration of coastal living. The rich reds of the lobsters, cheerful yellow lemon slices, and warm kraft paper create a bold, inviting palette, while the original Piggly Wiggly logo gives the painting its unmistakable Southern character. Jenny's expressive brushwork adds texture, movement, and personality to a familiar summertime pairing.

Presented in a clean, wide mat, Lobstahs & Lemons is an especially fun addition to a beach house kitchen, coastal cottage, seafood restaurant, bar area, or gallery wall. It's also a memorable gift for seafood lovers, lobster enthusiasts, Piggly Wiggly fans, and anyone who appreciates original South Carolina art with a playful twist.

Each painting in Jenny Reynolds' Piggly Wiggly series is an individually created original acrylic work painted directly onto a genuine Piggly Wiggly grocery bag. Because every piece is painted by hand, slight variations in color, brushwork, and details are natural, making each artwork uniquely its own. Available at Gray Man Gallery in Pawleys Island, South Carolina.
