About the Artist: Bodil Jane is an Amsterdam-based illustrator known for her joyful, richly detailed work and distinctive use of color and pattern. A graduate with honors from the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, she draws inspiration from food, fashion, interiors, plants, animals, people, and the small pleasures of everyday life. Her illustrations combine handmade elements with digital techniques, resulting in playful, wonderfully layered compositions that reward a closer look.
