Rene Cathou, a legendary Georgetown fish dealer and market operator often remembered as the “King of Caviar.” During the height of Georgetown’s caviar trade, Cathou became one of the waterfront’s most recognizable figures, and his Fish House was part of a thriving local seafood industry built around the rivers and waters that have shaped Georgetown for generations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eVida Miller brings that history to life in the rich, expressive color for which her work is known.
